Utah’s Best Fall Hiking Spots

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Utah chapter.

Fall hiking has got to be one of the most beautiful ways to see all the leaves change and the beauty of fall nature. We are super lucky to have all four seasons here in Utah, and also to have access to prime spots to soak it all in. The key is knowing where these spots are. Whether you are an avid hiker or are more of a leisurely hiker, there is a hike for you. Here are some of my favorites located practically in our back yards.

Donut Falls – Big Cottonwood Canyon

Blood Lake – Guardsman Pass, Big Cottonwood Canyon

Mill Creek Pipeline Trail – Mill Creek Canyon

Bell’s Canyon – Sandy

Ensign Peak – Salt Lake City

The Living Room – Salt Lake City

Bonneville Shoreline Trail – Salt Lake City

Mt. Olympus Summit – Wasatch

University of Utah Block U – Salt Lake City

Waterfall Canyon – Ogden

Adams Canyon – Layton

Lake Mary – Big Cottonwood Canyon

Frary Peak – Antelope Island
