Deals, amazing sales, and the most wanted products are usually reserved for being bought on Black Friday. This is the day out of the whole year when people purposefully wake up early and when parents do not wait till the last minute to buy gifts. Well, well, do I have a curveball for you all. Black Friday has officially begun as of November 1 for most stores. Get those wallets of yours ready to go in three… two… one…
Alright, you may be wondering why and how Black Friday deals have already begun or will begin way before the designated date (which is November 27 to be exact). On Halloween, a news writer for CNN, Jordan Valinsky, wrote an article on all of this. He explained how Black Friday looks different this year being that it’s basically all of November, was a few days in October, and will be some days in December.
This might sound very confusing to you all, allow me to explain. Due to COVID this year a lot of the usual Black Friday sales are going online. Well, most of these stores are just deciding to put the sales online and in stores right now to avoid huge crowds on the actual day. It is understandable that these stores are doing that because most people are sketchy about crowds in stores nowadays. Of course, however, face masks and safety precautions will be required on the actual day.
In Valinsky’s article, he named a few stores that are doing Black November as he called it. These stores are doing more of a switcheroo to accommodate the people and to remain safe. We love that, plus that means sales all month long! So, do not even think about the excuses of not having enough time to buy someone a Christmas present!
List of stores:
-
Best Buy
-
Home Depot
-
Lowe’s
-
Macy’s
-
Target
-
Walmart
Mind you, these are just a list of the stores from the informative article that Valinsky wrote. I’m sure other stores are whipping up something good too! I encourage you all to be safe, shop till you drop, and wear your mask! If you’re shopping online then have that WIFI ready!
