A popular trend among students at UTSA, weather permitting, is to hang up hammocks between trees on campus and enjoy the foot traffic and sun. You can find most students lounging in Eno hammocks, which are priced of upwards of $60; a pretty penny for a floating sleeping bag. Students can be spotted suspended in mid-air alone, with a companion, reading, people-watching, suntanning, or even sleeping. It’s certainly a creative way to catch some shut-eye! As the weather in San An warms up and we brace the summer heat wave, I can’t argue that I wouldn’t want my own personal Eno to catch the breeze in while enjoying the sun.Â
