Ingredients: Bread of choice, avocados, eggs, pesto, honey, red pepper flakes
- Toast your favorite kind of bread (mine is sourdough because it is bigger and the texture seems fresher).
- Spread as much avocado on top as you please.
- Cook an egg over easy, but instead of using oil or butter as a lubricant for the egg, use pesto! Make sure the pan is between low and medium because the pesto will just burn.
- Season your egg per usual (I use just salt and pepper).Â
- Put the cooked egg on top of the avocado toast.
- Drizzle honey on top.
- Add some red pepper flakes.
