Dear Her Campus Readers,Â
This week is my last week as co-editor of Her Campus at UVA. It seems unbelievable that I have finished my last class at the University of Virginia, and more improbable that I will no longer be writing for Her Campus. I have been writing for Her Campus since I was in high school, and it has been one of my favorite things, as well as a huge part of my college experience.
Now that finals are winding down, people are heading off to beach week, and my graduation rapidly approaches, I want to say thank you. Without our readers, Her Campus at UVA would be nothing. Thank you for coming to the site every week to check out a friend of yours that was campus cutie, or to read about how to dress more like Olivia Pope. Her Campus at UVA will continue on, and I hope that you will continue to read and to follow. I know that despite the fact that I will no longer be co-editor, I will be an active follower and reader.Â
As I walk down the lawn, I will be wearing a pink cord around my neck, representing the time and commitment I have given to Her Campus, but also representing all that Her Campus at UVA has given me. It has been a great three years, and I can’t wait for the next ones.Â
I hope you all have a great summer, and be sure to check back here for new and exciting things from our new co-editor Sydney Umeri, who will be joining Claire King in making Her Campus the best it can be.Â
Sincerely,
Katrina MargolisÂ
