You’ve Been Sleeping on Light Ice Creams

I’ve been, and you probably have been too, sleeping on low calorie, light ice creams. I love regular ice cream just like the next person, but sometimes I need a fix that’s lighter and won’t make me feel gross after. Here are a list of ice creams and flavors you should try when you don’t feel like indulging in the real thing. 

 

1. Enlightened Ice Cream
