Recently, I have been obsessed with making smoothies because they are quick and easy and make for a delicious breakfast. As the days get warmer, smoothies are a yummy and refreshing drink option. Below is my go-to smoothie recipe at the moment!

1 ½ cup almond milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ banana cut up
1 tablespoon chia seeds
(Optional: cacao nibs & goji berries to taste)

- First, pour the almond milk into the blender
- Pour in frozen mixed berries, pineapple, and banana
- Pour in the chia seeds
- Blend until smooth
- Top with cacao nibs/goji berriesÂ

Tip: If the frozen fruit is making it hard to blend, add more almond milk or water.Â
