The end of this increasingly strange semester is culminating in what is sure to be a very strange finals season. We have just about a week left until the process starts at Stout and this is how we’re gearing for chaos on the frontlines:Â
- How is it already this time again?
- Didn’t we just go on break like two weeks ago?
- I have no idea what is going on in class right now
- Do I have any more assignments?
- There has got to be at least another quiz
- It’s been eerily quiet on Canvas
- Must resist the urge to binge watch Brooklyn Nine Nine
- I can’t believe that it’s all gonna be over in a few weeks
- What is finals even going to look like online?
- Is the exam schedule the same?
- If I get to dip out of taking an exam at 8 on Monday morning, then I have won finals week
- The silver lining of online classes!
- I’m going to need so much coffee
- I can’t remember the last night I pulled an all-nighter
- Oh right, it was last finals week
- It’s great that I have 24/7 access to dogs during this
- They never stop barking though
- I forgot how much attention they need
- I wish I had more time
- Was it really this stressful last semester?
- I can’t believe I’m going to take my last college exam at my kitchen table
- Maybe during breakfast?
- At least I don’t have to cook for myself anymore
- That was exhausting
- I’m an adult who eats popcorn for dinner
- My mom is not going to be happy with my study group meeting past 10 at night
- She’s gotta watch Below Deck and we’re very loud
- Are we still doing pre-finals socials?
- Last week we watched a magician over zoom
- I don’t know if I can make it through another round of virtual bingo
- Virtual yoga would really come in clutch though
- Throwing a virtual cocktail hour would also be such a vibe
- How do you celebrate the end of finals week when you can’t leave your house?
- Maybe like an extra-long Zumba session in the backyard?
- What if they just cancelled finals this semester?
- That would be the real silver lining of online classes
We can only hope that things go back to normal for next semester!
