1.    Start your day with a full breakfastÂ
2.    Find 10 minutes during your day to meditate or listen to a relaxation track (meditation apps are everthing!)
3.    Keep changing your daily routine, meet a friend or co-worker for lunch and allow time to relax & enjoy it
4.    Switch from drinking coffee to a healthier alternative, like green tea
5.    Organize your work by setting priorities
6.    Stop being a perfectionist. Establish an end date to your project and keep to it
7.    Avoid doing more than one thing at a time. Focus on the task at hand.
8.    Develop a support network. Look for a mentor or share your ideas with friends/ family
9.    Reduce the noise level in your environment as much as possible
