National Hug Day, also known as National Hugging Day, is a day celebrated on January 21st in the United States. Iit is a holiday that is being celebrated by an increasing number people and has even spread beyond the borders of the U.S; now being celebrated now by people all over the globe.

The best way, as well as the most common way, to celebrate this holiday is give your friends, family or complete strangers a great big hug. It doesn’t matter who you hug on this day, the benefits you receive from hugging is the same.
