We all take pictures whether it’s for a blog, portfolio or social media, but have your photos ever came out the way you wanted them to? Sometimes, your photos are not that bright or the colors are less saturated. Sometimes, it’ll just turn out blurry. Whatever the reason, you got to have some good photo editing apps to give your pictures some final touches. Here are some that I recommend.

Afterlight

Afterlight is a great app that is able to let you change simple things like the brightness, contrast or warmth of your photo. Not only does it have some basic editing tools, Afterlight also has a ton of filters and light streaks.

VSCO

VSCO is the holy grail of all my photo apps. You can do all the same things you can do with Afterlight like change the brightness and so on but I think the reason why people really love this app is the filters that come with it. The filters are a little different and more popular to use. Plus, this is the app where most Instagram themes are born. You can also make an account on VSCO and share your work with other people on the app.

UNUM

If you like to plan out your Instagram feed in advance, then UNUM is perfect for you. On UNUM, they give you grid space where you can upload pictures and move them around to see what your feed could look like once you upload all of them.

Planoly

With Planoly, it’s basically the same thing as UNUM. Planoly does do things differently as far as uploading your posts but other than that, you can plan your posts here as well.

Unfold

If you like to make Instagram stories, this is the app for you. On Unfold, you can plan out your story in advance using their templates to spice up your story a little bit.

I hope this article gave you all a little inspiration to boost your photography game. Happy editing!
