Meet this weeks’ campus celebrity Corey Wright! Most probably know him by just Corey Andrew, or “that guy with the camera” and you have probably at some point crossed paths with him on campus. He is everywhere, all the time, but keep reading just in case you have not had the opportunity to get to know him.

HC: So Corey, why did you choose Valdosta State?
CW: Originally because my best friend came and Georgia Southern was taking forever, but after orientation I grew to like it.
HC: What organizations are you apart of on campus?
CW: I am a part of FBLA, CMVSU, and I am an unofficial member of MAG.
HC: Wow, seems like you are apart of a lot. What made you get so involved?
CW: Well, my first semester I just slept and went to the rec. I was obviously bored and knew I needed to do something. It was something I needed to help keep me in college.
HC: Do you have any hobbies?
CW: I like to create music, take pictures, write a little poetry, and of course 2k.
HC: Who motivates and inspires you the most?
CW: Definitely my family and friends.
HC: If you could describe your dream career what would it be?
CW: I would like to be a part of the music industry in some kind of way. Like as a music mogul, or a CEO.
HC: How do you wish to be remembered when you leave VSU?
CW: I wish to be remembered as someone who always brought smiles to people’s faces.
HC: If you could be any animal what would it be and why?
CW: I would have to be a panda bear. Pandas are just cool. They eat, sleep, and just sit there. I could be a bear without being threatening.
