Arianna Huffington is on a mission to transform and improve sleep! Not only is she a sleep revolutionary, she is the cofounder, president, and editor in chief of the Huffington Post Media Group. Huffington was inspired to write her latest book “The Sleep Revolution” after she noticed that sleep was a common topic of discussion, specifically the lack thereof, “So I decided I wanted to take a fuller look at the subject because it’s clear that if we’re going to truly thrive, we must begin with sleep. It’s the gateway through which a life of well-being must travel.” Her passion for sleep comes from the fact that it is a common need shared between all of us!
Huffington has turned her book into a movement with the launch of her college tour. The #SleepRevolution college tour will be visiting 50 campuses around the country to educate college students about the dangers of drowsy driving and the importance of sleep. She is also giving away sleep kits with important tools for improving sleep.
