Once upon a time at Valdosta State University, a tradition began where the infamous palm trees on the Front Lawn were wrapped in Christmas lights. The tradition honored the holiday season and spread cheer to students who walked on campus at night. The tradition was retired in the early 2000s, but this year, VSU chose to bring the tradition back! If you haven’t already, head out to the Front Lawn some evening and check out the beautiful lights!
