I would say that there’s a point in the semester that every student struggles with, but if we’re keeping it 100 then we all know that this is a weekly and monthly thing. Procrastination hits us all hard on a daily basis; however, we have reached the point in the semester where it’s all catching up with you. See, for a while, one can get away with saving up all of those assignments that don’t have definite due dates…That is until the actual due date approaches. There is always that angel of a professor that will give you things to do, but not require they be done until midterms or finals week. It’s such a refreshing feeling to have all of this time to waste and FEEL like you don’t have any responsibilities for a while. Of course, we’re ignoring the more logical part of our brain that says, “Wait! Time to do this doesn’t mean that we should use every last bit of that time”
This TED Talk, presented by Tim Urban, will give you total clarity on why your mind works the way it does.

Even though it seems that we can’t help but to procrastinate, we can’t use that as an excuse. Allow Tim to educate and inspire you through this important video!
And don’t push it off for later because we already know how that will work out.
HCXO!
