Honestly, I was nervous about coming to VSU from a private school. The environment was completely different. I was anxious and did not know what to expect. These are 10 things I think about VSU so far. 

1. Palms & Blazer Grill are not it.

2. It is so much stuff to do on campus; JUST GET INVOLVED!

3. You need a Twitter ! #vstate

4. It is a good school, you will decide what you will get out of it. 

5. The library stays open until 2am which is great for a late night study session.

6. Everyone is pretty friendly (I don’t know if that’s a good or a bad thing) 

7. It is either raining or super hot. 

8. VSU pride is a big thing. 

9. The bus is a good thing people do not take advantage of. 

10. Chick-fil-A is not the move everyday, try Einstein Bros or Valdosta Bread Company. 

Valdosta state has been good so far. I can not wait for more!
