Paula’s Playlist: Top 10 Studying Songs

If you’re anything like me, you are sitting in the library suffering from an extreme, deadly case of procrastination. Take a moment and tune into my playlist to procrastinate while geting your mind going again! Good luck! 

10. “Thinking of you” by Frank Ocean 
Sit back and let your mind rewind to these notes! The run-on melody will allow your mind to soothe out and loose the stress of your day. Use it to focus on your current assignments; but just make sure not to loose your mind dreaming of your long lost love!

9. “Flying overseas” by Theophilus London
Flying overseas is in the same contemporaries as Mr. Frank Ocean. This new, electric and futuristic music will be the sound that defines our generation. Not to mention, you can’t go wrong with a steady beat! 

8. “Someone that I used to know” by GoTye
Tune into GoTye’s recent hit because it is a definite catch!

6. “Beez in the Trap” by Nicki Minaj
Nicki Minaj describes “beez in the trap” as a place where you “get your money” on the Graham Norton show. While listening to her song, motivate yourself to focus on your studies and inevitably make that paper one day!

Add John Mayer’s “Daughters” to your study playlist because his smooth tone is irresistible and the song has such a positive message that it is sure to lift your spirits!

Take a moment to chill, and sway to the beat with Wiz’s sequel to “Never Been” featuring his very own lady, Amber Rose.

Research indicates classical music can help a person retain information. Test it out with Bach’s classic, “Cello Suite 1.”
