I don’t know about you collegiate, but in the winter I tend to have no motivation to go all out with my makeup. I am a creature of habit and this Too Faced Mascara has been my go to for years now. Swipe on one coat of this highly pigmented mascara and your eyelashes will be voluminous all day.
