A Note: Origin
It’s strange here, all this unknown and known time in me and time around me.
I’ve been burrowing in my mind and reaching for someone else’s memory.
Today you could’ve been almost ? years old. Next year, my hair will have been growing for 20 years and it still has no idea where it comes from. It is black and quite curly, but thicker in the middle than it is on the outsides. Is that because of you? I know that the hate that suffocated you and dried out your air hums around me and makes the hair on my arms stand.
In your time, I want to believe you protected people.
