If you’re anything like me, you think waking up at 7 a.m. is the worst idea in the history of ideas. Who wants to wake up at 7 a.m. when you have a pesky 9 a.m.? Well, I thought this way until I saw the transformation my lovely friend went through. She is the most pleasant person to be around, such a ball of joy since she became a morning person.
1. First things first, morning sunshine.
2. Make a schedule you can adhere to.Â
Make a list and check it twice. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a day of chores checked off. You will feel so accomplished.Â
Â
3. Go to bed at a reasonable hour.
No one wants to go four years with Gucci bags for eyes.
Â
4. Wake up at a reasonable hour.
Don’t waste your life away in bed.
Â
5. Make yourself your favorite cup of tea, coffee, or whatever brightens your day.Â
Nothing says it is going to be a great day better than your favorite morning pick me up.
Â
6. Do morning yoga. Go for a brisk walk or run. Read the news.Â
Activate that knowledgeable brain of yours.
7. Lastly, document your journey and don’t forget to smile.Â
Because it is going to be a GOOD day.
