Hannah Tieszen, a senior and a fellow Zara addict, keeps busy on campus with a Political Science major and minors in both Art History and Global Trade and Commerce – and she does it all with serious personal style! For this week’s Style Spotlight, we checked in with the Minnesota native on how to dress for fall and winter, as well as accessories that work for any season.
How would you describe your personal style? Eclectic and feminine. My closet is a mix of some edgier pieces with more classic styles. Â Â
What is your on-campus uniform? rag & bone jeans, Madewell denim and oversized shirts, big sweaters and Frye or other boots. I usually wear a ton of bracelets. There are two I never take off that I bought from a market in London. A huge black bag to throw all of my school stuff in. For the spring, I love rompers and dresses from Revolve.
Who and what inspires your style? I love Sienna Miller, Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively. I’m obsessed with Olivia Palermo’s blog and Happily Grey. Everything from Intermix. I studied abroad in Florence, Italy last year and love European street style- my Zara addiction hit its peak.
What accessory item could you not live without? Gold “H” necklace I’ve had forever. Warby Parker glasses.
What fall/winter fashion trend are you most looking forward to? I love big coats à la Olivia Pope.
