After a long week of midterms and late-night studying, it’s time to let yourself celebrate. Whether your vibe is pop, rap, country, or anywhere in between, these upcoming concerts in the Winston-Salem area are the perfect way to let loose and spend time with friends.

  1. Concerts for the Country Lovers

Grab your jeans and cowboy boots for these country artists. First up is Morgan Wallen performing at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte on October 18th and 19th. While this concert venue is about an hour from campus, the drive is worth it as Morgan Wallen will be accompanied by Cole Swindell, Bailey Zimmerman, Lauren Watkins, and Larry Fleet. Tickets are on sale now with the lowest being 89 dollars. Next is Shakey Graves, performing locally at the Ramkat on December 7th. With tickets as low as 40 dollars you won’t want to miss this one.

  1. Pop Music Fanatics

Grab your friends for these upcoming pop artists. Don’t miss your chance to see the “prince of pop” A.K.A. Justin Timberlake. He is performing on November 14th at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte. Tickets are on sale now for as low as 55 dollars. Benson Boone will be coming to Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre later this month on October 21st. As someone who just saw him perform live, he is guaranteed to give you the show of a lifetime. With his backflips and heartfelt songs, this is a concert to add to your list. If you are looking for a way to spend your halloweekend, David Kushner’s concert is the place to be. He is performing at The Fillmore Charlotte on October 29th. He will also be at the Ritz in Raleigh on the 30th.

  1. Rap and Hip Hop Admirers

Get ready to dance with these next artists. Who wouldn’t want to reminisce on their high school years with Usher? He will be hitting the stage at the Spectrum Center on October 22nd and 23rd. Tickets range from $105 to $285. For just 21 dollars you can see BigXThaPlug perform at the Fillmore in Charlotte on November 3rd. Don’t miss out on that awesome deal. Finally, Polo G will be performing at the Ritz in Raleigh on the 15th for just $48.

North Carolina is bustling with live music, and I hope that with this list you will take advantage and go listen to some killer concerts.
