Relay For Life was an incredible event that took place on March 5th-6th this year. WashU’s Relay is the Top Collegiate Online Fundraiser in the nation, making $260,000 for cancer research. Relay was outdoors at Francis field, which meant 12 hours of freezing under 6 layers of tops and 3 layers of sweats, but also 12 hours of making a difference in the fight against cancer and sharing a meaningful memory with acquaintances, family, friends, and loved ones.
On a more personal note,  I’d like to thank the generous donators, guests, volunteers, participants, ACS staff and of course all the beautiful people on Steering. Your stories, spirit, and perseverance inspire me. I feel so blessed to be able to contribute to this event and call myself a member of Relay Steering Committee.
