As you may know, Wash U has its own restaurant: Ibby’s. Ibby’s has a few incredible select items, but overall it’s a hit or miss. An example of a hard miss was when I once ordered the “Red Velvet Cake” and received this:

Bananas Foster

I have to admit, this is seriously biased seeing as I basically religiously order this, but it is that good. Bananas Foster has slid into the #1 spot with its banana flavored ice cream, rum sauce, and of, the course brownie. This dessert never disappoints.
2. Baked All Nighter

My second favorite is the Baked All Nighter. Basically, it is an unbaked (ironic) cookie in a pan with your choice flavor of ice cream on top. Highly recommend if you have about 1-2 hours to lie horizontally afterward.
2. S’Mores Tart

I’m starting to realize I only like super rich desserts, so please feel free to apply the “lie down” recommendation liberally. The S’Mores Tart is as good as it is rich, with thick chocolate filling on a graham cracker crust, topped with a torched marshmallow topping.
