12 Things That Only People Who Stress Eat Know

1. Stress eating is no joke. 

Really your only true friend. 

2. Your relationship with food is a love/hate one.


3. Pizza is the most important food group. 

4. And sometimes you just need a damn drink too. 

AND sweetie, you deserve it. 

5. You have twelve assignments to do, three exams to study for, and it just keeps coming… 

There is no way I have time to cook right now PEOPLE. 

6. After studying for a few minutes, you know you deserve a treat.   

NO RAGRETS.

7. You try to live a balanced life… which means less of a balanced diet.  

A balance between ice cream and pizza counts, right? 

8. You often tell yourself that you will do better tomorrow. 


But you get hungry 5 minutes later. 

9. And you spend the mornings after in bed, eating your feelings about stress eating. 

10. And it tastes so damn good.

YES CHERYL I DO WANT A SHAKE WITH THAT. 

11. The people who truly love you will always provide food in these times of need.

12. And I am not sure if it ever ends.
