Buying my first pair of Crocs was the best thing that ever happened to me. Crocs pulled me towards the light, they have shown me the way in even the darkest of times.
There are so many reasons why Crocs have made my life worth living.
First of all, they’re waterproof. I never check the weather before going out, which has resulted in me walking home in the rain without an umbrella too many times to count. Although my hair may get soaking wet, I always have complete faith that my feet will stay completely dry.
They’re the best fashion statement you could ever make. Not only do they go with every outfit you could think of, but they also bring immense amounts of pizazz to any outfit. Crocs are the life of the party, they will light up any room. Anybody who sees you wearing Crocs will fall completely in love with you.
There are so many colours, patterns, variations and accessories- you can get regular colours, groovy patterns, tie-dye or anything your heart desires. Fly high because the sky is the limit. You can spice it up even more with Croc charms to create a beautifully artistic shoe with personality and flair.
They’re easy to clean. Just dip them in water and boom- fresh as a daisy. Unlike other shoes which have a complicated and rigorous cleaning process, Crocs are very low maintenance which makes life so much less confusing.
Whoever came up with sports mode and comfort mode is a genius. Because of the amazing invention of sports mode, you could run a full marathon with Crocs. That’s what sports mode was made for. However, I exclusively use comfort mode because who wouldn’t want to be comfortable while running a marathon?
You can wear them anywhere. Wear them outside, inside, at the beach, in the shower, in the snow, in the rain, in bed, on your feet, on your hands- the possibilities are endless. With Crocs, you can do anything you set your mind to, and you can bring this mentality into every other aspect of life.
They’re durable. I’ve been wearing the same pair of Crocs every single day for the past four years and they still look good as new. Unless you throw them in a fire or obliterate them with a chainsaw, they’re pretty much indestructible which makes them well worth your money.
Crocs aren’t just a shoe, they’re a way of life. They have brought me tremendous happiness that nothing else in this world could ever give me. It’s not just about the shoe, it’s about the friends and memories made along the way.
