Smoothies are an easy and healthy snack. I love all the different ways you can make them; there really isn’t a wrong way. They make a great on-the-go breakfast or snack. I have put together a list of my favorite go-to recipes. Enjoy!

Strawberry Banana

Ingredients:

·       2 cups frozen strawberries

·       1 fresh banana, peeled

·       1 cup milk (I prefer almond milk in this one)

·       1 cup Ice

·       1 tablespoon honey, if needed, to sweeten

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined.

(If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more fruit and/or ice.)
