10 Things That All Fit Girls Can Relate To

As an Exercise Science major, I’m surrounded by other girls who are just as passionate about fitness as I am all of the time. We can all relate to the normal scheduling in gym time before class, after or in somewhere in between. 

Most importantly we can relate to things that may not be happening to the people in our lives who are less into fitness. If you’re a fit girl then I know you can relate to all of these 10 things!

1. When people ask you to hang out during your scheduled gym time…

 

2. Not wanting to rest on rest day…

 

 

This is probably one of the hardest things we fit girls encounture throughout the week.

 

3. When your weight goes up on the scale and other people can’t understand why you’re so happy …

 

…Uhh muscle gains, that’s why!

 

4. When you get to the gym and someone is on your machine/equipment…

 

5. Jeans just don’t fit you…

 

Your quads and glutes say no every time.

 

6. You pretty much only follow fitness accounts on Instagram…

 

7. When people see you in regular clothes and they can’t believe their eyes…

 

 

It’s me! Same girl. Different clothes.

 

    

8. When it’s time for exams and you’re not stressed at all…

9. People are always coming to you for advice on fitness…
