After several months traveling around Europe, mostly staying in Dublin, I have seen a whole new type of style that is very different to trends in the US.  Some of it is seen in the States, but on a smaller scale. And it’s not just the gals either. At the bottom I have added links to several brands that may interest you! Enjoy!!

Black, Black, Black!
Now it may be the season, but most Europeans do not wear very bright and bold patterned clothing. There are a lot of neutral colors. In the office there are mostly all black, light pinks, or creams and beige in an outfit. Rarely do you see very much neon unless it is for a special event.

Tight-er Pants
Most girls feel comfortable in tighter pants, but so do European guys. In my opinion, it is a lot more flattering for men to wear fitted pants. This specific trend is slowly coming to the US.
-
Oxfords
This isn’t only for the gents. Women have begun to wear Oxfords again as a casual or business shoe, much like the trend in the 80s and 90s. They pair well with a cute dress, skinny jeans, or slacks.

Business…With Tennis Shoes
Much like New York City, the women in town wear tennis shoes with their business clothes and then change to heels when they arrive at work. It took me a while to get used to seeing, but comfort is key! I have seen that no matter where people are going, they seem to always be well dressed. You don’t typically see anyone in sweatpants or t-shirts unless they are on the way to the gym. Business casual is the typical style in the city because it is versatile. It is perfect for work, as well as going for drinks after.
