Weight gain is a major fear for all college students. With the social environment and availability of alcohol at parties or at the Dellys, it is easy for this dreaded culprit to sneak up on you. It is always nice to let loose with friends and have a few drinks, but whether or not you’re planning on kicking back after a stressful day or glamming it up for a night out, the last thing you want is to obsesses over calories.  For those of you of legal age, of course, here’s a list of common liquid indulgences that will help you get a grip on your cocktail options:
 
Low Calorie Liquors

  1. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Malt Beverages
  2. Gordon’s Citrus-Flavored Vodkas
  3. Malibu Rum
  4. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum

Zero-Carb Liquors

  1. Bourbon Whiskey
  2. Brandy
  3. Cognac
  4. Gin
  5. Rum

Beers Under 100 Calories

  1. Beck’s Premier Light
