The tree lighting ceremony is coming up, are you excited?
R: Of course I am! I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it i’m about to lose control and I just can’t hide it! Ever since I arrived in the glamorous Manhattan on Nov. 12 I have not been able to contain myself. I can’t wait to be dressed and trimmed. I can’t wait for the ceremony and seeing all the celebrities, all the people there to witness the unveiling of the new and improved ME! I’m ready to get LITTT!!!!
Â
I’m honestly excited too! My favorite part about visiting NYC when I was younger was stopping by the tree and gazing at the beautiful lights and decorations. And that star. Absolutely gorgeous!
R: Well I’m excited too. I’m still in shock at the fact that I was chosen for this spectacular moment. I really miss my family. As you know I’m from upstate NY, I had a lot of memories with the Eichler family. They really took care of me and I’m grateful for them raising me up to be the best Christmas tree I could be.
Â
At a whopping 94 feet, you are currently the second tallest tree. How does that feel?
R: Well I get my height from my mom so it is quite the honorable title. I just want to thank my parents for these wonderful genetics. If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t have been chosen to be THE Christmas tree in Rockefeller Plaza.
Â
Anything else you would like to share?
R: I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Be blessed y’all!
Â
