Who doesn’t love October? The leaves change colors and the air gets crisp, so we have the perfect excuse to stay outside and enjoy the weather rather than being cooped up in our dorms studying. So, without further ado, this is our ode to every collegiette’s favorite month:
“I notice Autumn is more the season of the soul than of nature.” – Friedrich Nietzsche
“October, crisp, misty, golden October, when the light is sweet and heavy.” – Angela Carter
“In October any wonderful unexpected thing might be possible.” – Elizabeth George Speare
“Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall.” – F. Scott Fitzgerald
“She looked like autumn, when leaves turned and fruit ripened.” – Sarah Addison Allen
“Autumn, the season that teaches us that change can be beautiful.”
“Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.” – Albert Camus
“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.” – L. M. Montgomery
