College best friend,
I couldn’t tell you exactly how we met, but I sure am glad I now have you in my life.
It seems unreal that we became so close in such a short period of time. Thank you for the late-night rants, our trips to make cookies, going to McDonalds, and the other countless times we have gone to eat together. Thank you for your loving advice when I feel like giving up. You have been able to turn my bad days into good days with just one sentence.
Thank you for sitting in my dorm room or even the library with me for countless hours. Thank you for our dumb moments together that brought laughs when I didn’t want to smile. Thank you for helping me with homework that I knew nothing about. Thank you for being my rock, I find it so hard to believe that we have been friends for only three short months, yet we have become so close.
I know that I can talk to you about anything and I could never thank you enough for everything you have done for me. Thank you for only being a text or call away and for willingly walking all the way across campus to come sit with me in my times of need. I have no idea how I would have gotten through this first semester of college without you. I hope that we can stay close for a long time.
