This is Emma Frazier from Lebanon, Maine. She is one of our new writers on the HerCampus YCP team and we are so lucky to have her! She is a senior with a dual Early Childhood/Special Education major with a minor in Applied Youth Development. She is a lover of the Boston Red Sox which is one of the reason why her favorite movie is Fever Pitch. She said because “it’s about the Red Sox winning the 2004 World Series and breaking the Curse of the Bambino. Not sure that any of that means but I am pretty sure it is great. On campus she is an amazing RA, a  bookstore employee and a mentor in the Autism peer mentoring program. When we asked about her favorite thing about YCP campus, she said “it helped me grow socially, emotionally, and as a leader. I’ve gained a lot of knowledge and skills that will be incredibly helpful when I go out into the real world. One thing about her that is pretty interesting is that she watches Jeopardy every night at 7:30. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite food is a medium rare steak.
