Soon, winter and spring break will be here, and that means planning a vacation with your friends and/or family. It’s great to get away for the week or so and see what other states or countries have to offer. The experience of meeting and connecting with new people is amazing. But, traveling can break your bank.
Being a college student, there is so much you have to save for that sometimes going away for breaks seems impossible.
Fortunately, someone who knows what it feels like to be a college student with the travel bug created a website to help better your college experience.
There are two websites that have had a lot of publicity and offer great destinations to travel to. (There are others, but these are the two popular ones.)
The best thing about these websites, as with the others you will find, is that they bundle everything together: flights, places to stay, and transportation.
The website offers group tours specifically for 18-29 year olds. Of course you will need a passport and extra spending money, but mostly everything else is included when you pay for the trip. There are numerous destinations that you can hit, such as the Greek Islands or Costa Rica. There is even an Ultimate Europe trip that is 5 weeks long and takes you to 14 cities in 35 days. Every trip is different and the amount of time spent there is different as well.
You will receive an itinerary upon booking, but you can also review it before prior to making any commitments.
This one is similar to EF Ultimate Break, but is more so geared towards traditional students: there is even a tab for high school students looking to take a Spring Break vacations! There are some Fall and Winter break destinations, but most trips revolve around Spring. They host trips to the ultimate college vacation destinations: Cancun, Punta Cana, Panama City, Daytona Beach, and more! With the StudentCity Bucket List, you can travel to places like Australia, Thailand, and Western Europe.
Also with StudentCity, there is entertainment like no other. You can buy passes to music festivals and other events that may be happening while you visit.
Each website will offer you an experience like no other. Despite whichever you decide to go with, the ultimate message is to travel, travel, travel!
Your late teens and well into your 20s are some of the best years you’ll have to travel. Make them count!
