Take a dance class

Go rock climbing
This is one of the best arms and back exercises, and at the same time you get to feel like a badass. This is the perfect activity to do with a group of friends. Play active video games
Games such as Wii Tennis, Wii Fit, and Just Dance are pretty intense and make you sweat when you put your back into it!

Ride your bike
Biking to work, a friend’s house or school is such a convenient way to get your exercise in throughout the day! In the winter, biking outside can become dangerous but if you enjoy bike riding you can always join a spin class! York also offers spin classes at the Tait McKenzie Centre.

Do some housework
This sounds super boring but it’s a convenient way to tidy up while getting in some cardio. Blast your favorite song and clean as fast as you can before the song finishes. Make a game out of it!
