The 9 Craziest Hairstyles that Shoshanna from ‘Girls’ Has Rocked

Shortly after ringing in the new year (was that really more than a week ago?!), we already have even more to celebrate: The season four premiere of HBO’s Girls on January 11 and its accompanying hair inspo, courtesy of Zosia Mamet’s character, Shoshanna Shapiro. From otherwordly braids to chic hair donuts, her hairstyles over the last three seasons were anything but blah. Below, we’re taking a trip down memory lane to revisit Shosh’s nine most outlandish yet glamorous ‘dos.

1. Outshining the Duchess of Cambridge with dainty headwear

2. ’90s-inspired braided side ponytail

3. The top knot that trumps all top knots.

4. Space called, Princess Leia wants her hair back…

5. Now that is what we call a ponytail hack

6. A donut bun at its finest

7. The most graceful and polished braided updo

8. Pigtails never looked so grown up

9. Cool-girl pomp + side braid = a work of art

Girls fanatics, which one of Shosh’s ‘dos are you most obsessed with? Oh, and also—props to anybody who tries any one of these looks!
