Dearest Readers, if you’re patiently waiting for the Season 3 premiere of Bridgerton to drop, this latest collaboration may help fill the void. On March 12, Bath & Body Works officially announced a yearlong partnership with Netflix, the first series being Bridgerton. This partnership is the first of its kind for the brand, and it’s already off to a spectacular start.
This collaboration comes after a weekend of teasers from Bath & Body Works on their social media accounts, resulting in an outpouring of excitement from fans of both the fragrance company and Shondaland’s Bridgerton.
According to an official press release, the collection is an assortment “inspired by scenes, characters, key icons and moments from the show, capturing its aspirational and vibrant aesthetic.” So, while you continue to rewatch the first two seasons of Bridgerton, or watch TikTok edits of Lord Anthony and Kate, you will soon be able to do so with a Bridgerton candle burning.
Bath & Body Works has been teasing this collaboration since March 9, and people quickly picked up on all the Bridgerton references. The first teaser posted was immediately met with excitement from fans. A day later, the fragrance company posted a video with the caption, “Are you ready for us to spill the tea? It’s quite hot. #bathandbodyworks.”
It started to get very obvious that a Bath & Body Works and Bridgerton collaboration was happening when the caption of a video posted on March 11 included a lot of Bridgerton lingo. It read, “The fragrance moment of the season is indeed upon us. Make haste to secure your seat for the most exciting announcement tomorrow (3.12) 👀 #bathandbodyworks.”
On March 12, the collab was officially confirmed, with Bath & Body Works announcing that the collection will launch on March 25.
The collection will include “four exclusive new fragrances as well as numerous accessories that celebrate key icons and scenes of the show.” It will also include the “Diamond of the Season,” which is sure to be a hit in this collaboration.
According to an official press release, “Diamond of the Season includes an array of products across body care, candles, hand soaps and sanitizers and takes inspiration directly from the show. The fragrance features notes of sparkling peach, spring daffodil and radiant jasmine and represents the ‘chosen’ debutante of the social season.”
