The beauty experts over at Three Custom Color Specialists  have two big reasons to party. First, they were recently added to Urban Outfitters’ list of unique and cult-favorite brands on their newly-launched online Beauty shop. Now, to celebrate the collaboration, Urban Outfitters will be exclusively offering Three Custom Color Specialists’ new Party All The Time Eye Shadow online.
 

This beautiful wet/dry eye shadow was created by NYC-based makeup artist Marisa Fazzina and is  sure to get you some attention this fall.A rich chocolate with bronze undertones and spiked with plenty of opalescent sparkle, Party All The Time comes in an adorable compact and gives you just the right mixture of color and shimmer.
 
I loved how this shadow played double duty: the deep shade complemented my eyes and the shimmer added brightness. Plus, it really stayed strong throughout the day. The chocolate shade is deep enough without being too harsh, and it makes for a great night shade.
