Looks like powder foundation isn’t just for moms. Over the weekend, Maybelline’s newly released Super Stay 24hr Powder Foundation quickly began selling out after it was featured in a TikTok by Mikayla Nogueira.Â
The new foundation by Maybelline was released in mid-January and has appeared on the brand’s social media a few times since the launch, but it was Nogueira’s TikTok that made this product a must-have by the influenced viewers of the app.Â
Nogueira called her Maybelline Super Stay powder foundation “the most magical powder I’ve ever used” and fans are scrambling to pick up this product.
Nogueira raves that the product is weightless and covers all of her redness and blemishes. “It feels like there is no powder on my face. It feels like nothing is on my skin,” she said in a TikTok posted on Jan. 20 that got over 16 million views.Â
According to Maybelline’s website, “this lightweight, medium-to-full coverage powder provides a soft-matte look with up to 24-hour wear. Resists sweat, water & transfer.”Â
The foundation comes in 16 shades, is buildable to full coverage, and is the newest version of Maybelline’s tried and true Super Stay 16hr Foundation. Sweat-resistant, water-resistant, transfer-resistant, and approved by Nogueira? this is too good to be true. But it gets better: it’s only $15.Â
Tiktok user xomarissanicole ran to Walgreens to get hers and used it on her skin to instantly “airbrush” her oily skin and remove shine. She calls the product “insane” and tells viewers “you have to try it.”Â
The best way to use it? Nogueira recommends hydrating the skin and using a damp beauty blender to “melt” it into the skin. And yes, less than three days after Nogueira’s TikTok made this product go viral it is sold out in almost all of the fair shades. The internet is wild, TBH.
Fans are wondering if Maybelline will restock this product, but the brand has not yet commented on its popularity online. So, bestie, get ready to head to several stores to find your match because this product is quickly selling out. Good luck out there!
