These People Ordered a Crop Top From This Store & Couldn’t Get It Over Their Head

I have a confession: I, a millennial, hate online shopping. I have, like, boobs and stuff that prevent anything from being a proper fit. I need my fitting rooms, TYVM. Until now, though, I thought this was mainly a personal problem, due to my chronic picky-ness. It turns out I’ve been onto something all along: the risks associated with ordering online are just too great. A bunch of people on the internet found this out the hard way, after ordering a mesh crop top from PrettyLittleThing, one of Kylie Jenner’s fave brands. A series of Twitter users shared photos of themselves wearing the crop over their head… because it wouldn’t fit any further. Talk about awkward.

And because Twitter is a customer service dreamland, the brand promptly responded to these unhappy shoppers, ostensibly hoping to avoid a PR nightmare. It’s okay, PrettyLittleThing, Hannah said it best:
