If there’s one brand that’s running the skincare game, it’s 100% rhode (IMHO). The brand, founded by Hailey Bieber, has made a name for itself in the skincare industry for its minimal but effective product lineup and “clean girl” aesthetic. And after entering the color-cosmetics space with their Peptide Lip Tint, rhode just announced another game-changing product: the Peptide Lip Tint in Jelly Bean. (Spoiler alert: It shimmers.)
On Nov. 15, rhode debuted the Peptide Lip Tint in Jelly Bean ($16), another flavor of the brand’s famous Peptide Lip Treatment. It’s not just a new flavor, though. rhode’s newest lip product is the same nourishing and glossy formula that the world has been loving for the past year, but with a new finish — complete with a shimmery, pink, Y2K-inspired, playful sheen. Remember those lip glosses we used to trade in middle school? This is like its cool older sister. Oh, and it tastes like candy, too. What’s not to love?
Formulated with shea butter, rhode’s signature peptides, cupuaçu, and babassu, the Peptide Treatment in Jelly Bean (like the other Peptide Lip Treatments) is designed to deliver pillowy-soft lips with a subtle, glazed-donut-esque shine that’s absolutely to-die-for. Like the Peptide Lip Tints, the newest addition to rhode’s lineup is perfect to wear on top of a lip color for an added shine, paired with your everyday lip liner, or simply worn alone for a glittery, glossy pout.
While the Peptide Lip Tint in Jelly Bean is cute enough on its own, you can actually get rhode’s newest launch in a bundle alongside another brand favorite. The Peptide Glazing Fluid ($29) is a lightweight gel serum that plumps and hydrates the skin for a healthy-looking, glowing complexion. (A pro tip from me? Apply it again as a primer for your foundation for that perfect dewy look.)
Of course, no birthday bundle is complete without some festive packaging! The rhode Birthday Duo is packaged in the cutest jelly bean pouch that’s absolutely adorable. TBH, I would buy the bundle just for the packaging — I guess I’m a sucker for a cute campaign.
