Change Up Your Routine With This People on Campus Interval Workout

Let’s face it: as much as we all want to get our exercise in, going to the gym can be so boring. If you’re looking for a more exciting and unpredictable running routine, then you’ll love this people watching interval workout from Women’s Running!

If you’re running on campus between (or after) classes, make your run more fun by assigning different speeds according to the different people you see. For example, if you see a female student, run at an easy pace; if you see a professor, run at a medium pace; and if you see a professor, run at an easy pace. Happy running, collegiettes!
