Well, collegiettes™, I’m about to take my last exam (finally) and then, spring break! I’m particularly excited this year because I’m off to Paris and Manchester for the week to visit some good friends from high school who are studying abroad. I CAN’T wait.
I’ve been thinking about how I’m going to approach this trip, re: food and exercise. I don’t want to abandon my goals or my plan, but how often do you get to be in Europe with your best friends? So here’s what I’m going to do: I’m going to eat. Not to excess, and not anything that’s not worth it, but I’m not going to over-worry about it or let it dictate my trip. It may not be the Jump Start diet, but it’s just one week!
To make up for it, I’m going to try and sweat at least a little. I just put my sneakers in my suitcase… no excuses, right? My body feels a little sluggish from a few days of cramming for finals and not working out, so I’ll probably really want to exercise.
