Lose the Freshman 15: Celebrating being healthy- BUT- delicious

Changing your lifestyle into a healthy one can be a daunting task. Luckily for me, I’ve had the Jump Start Diet guiding my every step.

But everyone knows that if you’re keeping company that’s unhealthy, you’ll be tempted to eat what they’re d518f3a8eating.

Well, I decided to change all that and make being healthy cool. So on Sunday, I hosted a “Healthy-but-Delicious” party where I attempted to show my friends just how awesome it can be to munch on the lighter side.

Thanks to Dormzy.com, an online food and household item store specialized for college students, I was able to buy everything I needed to make yummy goody bags and even two packages to raffle off: the healthy snacking bag and the healthy breakfast kit.

Dormzy also carries my two favorite snacks—Popchips and Honest Tea—which my friends were extra thrilled to
get.

My family was visiting too, and we enjoyed a delicious lunch of turkey burgers topped with Sargento cheese. Itc8ce184e was so fabulous, and the non-greasy burger kept away the bloat so I could kick butt at four square without getting tired like heavy foods usually make me.

I’d definitely say the party was a success, and I hope my friends enjoy their healthy snack bags. I think everyone who attended now knows how yummy healthy foods can be.

Do you ever dread going to parties because of the unhealthy food there? Don’t just bring your own snacks (though a fine option too). But why not host your own party stocked with healthy foods that’ll have your friends knocking on your door? I’m telling you, every time I bring Popchips or Truvia baked goods, my “coolness points” raise +10.

Healthy IS delicious. And thanks to Dormzy.com, all my friends know it now too.
