Lose the Freshman 15: Goodbye Doesn’t Mean It’s Over + My Final Weigh-In

 

Hello for the last time ladies!

This, right here, right now is officially my final blog post and the last day of the Lose the Freshman 15 program. While I am sad that my blogging experience is over, I’m so happy to reveal that I’ve lost 8 pounds through out the plan!! Check out my before and afters:

While I technically didn’t “lose the freshman 15,” I am more than proud of the progress I’ve made and the friend that I have gained in the process. Shout out to my girls Anna, Danielle, Hayley, Morgan, Nicole E, and Nicole Y for being the greatest support system I could have asked for throughout the whole thing! I hope we all keep in touch in the future and continue to keep each other motivated in the silliest of ways!

I also want to thank Her Campus for providing me with such an amazing opportunity and Stephanie, Annie, and Windsor for being such great mentors along the way! In addition, I can’t forget to mention Self for creating such a easy and effective plan to make losing the weight easy and our awesome program sponsors Zico and New Balance for send me some great workout swag.

All in all, I am more than grateful for this experience and and am honored to serve as an inspiration, along with the other LF15 girls, who are looking to get in shape. If we can do it, you can do it so don’t let anything or anyone stop you!
