Hello Collegiettes!
Happy Tuesday! I hope you’re all having a great week. This term has really picked up in pace for me this past week, and it isn’t going to stop until I graduate on June 17th. Tomorrow marks the end of the first Dietbet weigh-in, and the second part starts tomorrow! I have really loved the motivation Dietbet gives and the fun it puts into losing weight. But I have to be honest, today I fell off of the bandwagon just a tad. My craving for dessert kept lingering, even after thinking about healthier alternatives and tea. So, I did have a small serving of Ben & Jerry’s. Sometimes the healthier versions just don’t cut it. I enjoyed it though and am going to eat even healthier tomorrow. Was it the best decision I could have made, knowing I’m weighing in tomorrow? No. But it is real. It happens. Tomorrow is a new day! I am still learning to not turn to food when I am stressed or tired, or feel I “deserve” it. What ideas do you have about this?
