I know a lot of the Lose the Freshman 15 girls have been sharing some of their favorite workout playlist, and well, I think it is about time I share mine.
Tomorrow is the last day of the challenge, and I just wanted to end it on a good note with music (funny pun, right? ;) ) Aside from me cracking jokes by myself, I have had such a great journey and am excited to share my results with you tomorrow!
This past weekend I had SO MUCH FUN in Newport Beach, California celebrating my best friend’s (and soon to be roomate!!) Birthday! The sunshine was so nice, needless to say I want to go back…now.
Now…Music! These are my favorite songs I use to teach my HIIT Spin class at the University of Oregon Student Recreation center. Not only do they get me pumped up – but my students often request this or comment that they love them. Use them to run, spin, walk, jump rope, dance – whatever!
