Lose the Freshman 15: My Top Health and Fitness Pinspiration!

Hi ladies!

I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite things to do is to surf pinterest for hours on end. In fact, it’s probably one of my favorite ways to procrastinate. I know, I know this sounds really bad. Especially considering all of the temptations flooding my pinterest feed, but hear me out. I’ve recently converted my feed into a health and fitness inspiration board by following some really great accounts! I’ve rounded up my top five to share with you lovely ladies so be sure to check  them out below!

Self Magazine
This account is PERFECT for everyone following the drop 10 program! Not only does it share some super inspirational Drop 10 success stories, but also some really great recipes.

New Balance
This is one of my favorite website, mostly because I can online shop for sweet fitness gear. In addition to that it provides some great fitness quotes to keep you motivated!

Jillian Michaels
If you’re looking to get a six-pack in time for summer this is the perfect account for you. Jillian posts daily providing great recipes and workout routines!

Zico
I’m obsessed with Zico vitamin water so this account is perfect! I’ve found some great recipes for every from green smoothies to “mock”-tails.

Be Well Philly
Okay, okay so TECHNICALLY I’m plugging my own blog here, but I promise there are some really great health and fitness posts! Everything from your guide to eating and a baseball game to great new fitness events to try out!
